The centrum of a dorsal vertebra agreeing with thespecimen figured by Phillips, p. 356, fig. 150, and referredto the present species; from the Kimeridge Clay ofGillingham, Dorsetshire. Length 0,108 (4*25 inches),height 0,157 (6-2 inches), width 0,159 (6*3 inches). Thebase of the neural canal is narrow, and moderately ex-panded at the two extremities. Acquired about 1868. 46795 d. The centrum of a later dorsal vertebra, agreeing veryclosely in size with the preceding; from neural suface is imperfect; and the mammillae in thecentre of the terminal faces, so strongly marked in thepreceding specimen, are very indistinct.
