Etna from the breach in the wall of the castle. THE CLOUD of Mount Etna has been captured erupting over the past couple of days. Spectacular shots from nearby locations such as Castle Cesaro, Bronte and Adrano show what looks like a mushroom cloud framed in the stunning backdrop of Sicily. Etna is Europe’s largest and most active volcano. Photographs were taken by local Fernando Famiani.
