Immediatelv after arriving at the Bay View House, yesterday, the members of the lOSth Regimentheld their annual meeting. The opening address was delivered by Hon. II. F. Tarbox, of Batavia, andwas listened to with a great deal of interest. The speaker referred very feelingly to the death of threemcmhers since the last reunion, as follows: General 0. U.
