Snowy mountain landscape with chalet

This image was taken at the top of a ski run at Val di Luce Ski Resort on the border of Tuscany and Emilia Romagna in Italy. It had snowed 20 cm overnight and with the cloudless sky and the immaculate snowy mountain, this chalet was, to me, the perfect idyll of serenity, purity and solitude.
