Evers, the 2016 Sea SOY, will travel to Washington, to be meritoriously advanced to chief petty officer while Personnel Specialist 1st Class Aliscia S. Malone, the 2016 Shore SOY will advance to the final section process for the Chief of Naval Operation Shore SOY.
