LEUTZ, Ferdinand.—One of the mostactive and successful business men in NorthDakota is Ferd. Leutz, now insurance com-missioner of the state, with official residenceat the capital, Bismarck, but whose home isat Hebron. He was born at Eberbach, GrandDuchy of Baden, Germany, June 21, father, John \V. Lent/,, was a merchantin comfortable circumstances, who marriedJIarie Lucie Clorer.
