Cw 7584 Earnsdale reservoir looking towards Blackburn and Pendle On the west Pennine moors above Blackburn is Earnsdale reservoir to where it supplies water. Earnsdale is reservoir is situated to the west of Darwen town centre in Lancashire and is owned and operated by United Utilities.
