RYANState Armorer Born in Lawrence Septeml)er He served in the CommonCouncil in 1892 and 1893. On Feli-ruary 22, 1893, he received his ap-pointment as State Armorer fromGovernor Russell. He is the custodianof the property of the State Militia,and has charge of the State Armoryon Amesbury street. During hisservice he has seen the local militiaunits off to war on three occasions,and has been very active in theirinterests. Mr. Ryan is married, andhas three children.
