Icicles - Union County, Georgia. Glittering Icicles formed by the falling water at Desoto Falls. The Desoto Falls Recreation Area is located off Highway 129 just inside the boundary of the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest. The area has a campground, as well as two waterfalls easily accessed via trails. Trout fishing is popular in Frogtown Creek which runs alongside the campground area.
