William Manley, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center combat medic, evacuates a manikin during a mass casualty scenario at the final field training exercise of a 10-Day 68W/EMT Sustainment Course in Lorton, Va., Nov. 18, 2016. The course, taught by instructors from WRNMMC, provided the fundamentals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, from the point of injury through evacuation in a tactical environment. Completion of the joint course also satisfied all requirements, as prescribed by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, for EMT re-certification.
