PERFECTION MUSK-MELON. This new melon originated in Chenango County, New York, and the last two years has been widely distributed throughout the country,'everywhere giving general satisfac- tion on account of its extra fine quality. It is of the nut- meg shape, and quite large size, weighing 5 to 8 lbs each ; the skin is of a dark green color, heavily netted.
