The right-wing protesters stand with banners and flags of the German Empire in the centre of Sprendlingen next to the Michaelis church, which rang the bells during the rally. A handful of activists from the far right minor party Die Rechte (The Right) and members of right-wing comradeships held three rallies in the Rhenish Hessian towns of Wšrrstadt, Sprendlingen and Wšllstein. The protest stood under the slogan ÔMulticulturalism kills! Stop foreign infiltration!Õ. The protests were confronted by counter-protests from different left and democratic groups and parties. Both demonstrations were separated by riot police.
