(Jan. 15, 2024)- Family members of a pilot assigned to the “Ragin Bulls” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 37, throw up bull horns as a greeting as planes taxi on the runway after the squadron return to Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia, Jan. 15, following a more than eight-month deployment with the Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group. While deployed, the squadron accomplished over 2,206 carrier traps and 2,709 flight hours over the course of 1,750 individual sorties.
