PEO STRI’s Agile Acquisition Response (STAAR) Team, is a collaborative group of personnel from within the program executive office working together to identify, shape, and assess technologies for Army modernization, was responsible for planning and executing its sixth STE-LTS Soldier Touch Point at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, California.
