A miracle saved this Georgian chapel on the fateful attack on 11-S, as it is located a few meters from the eastern part of the World Trade Center. Inside still recall those days with photographs, drawings of children who lost their parents and objects donated items during those days to help rescue teams who worked there. According to legend, this chapel became an "oasis in the middle of hell." Before the attack, tourists were coming up here to see the bank where George Washington came to pray, which is still preserved.
