Wash. (Feb. 15, 2018) Under Secretary of the Navy, the honorable Thomas B. Modly, speaks with Cmdr. Jason Warner, the USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) supply officer, on the ship’s mess decks. Modly was aboard for a tour of the ship and to talk to Sailors and command leadership. John C.
