Garshak, the adjutant general of Idaho and commander of the Idaho National Guard, participates in the launch of an A-10C Thunderbolt II assigned to the 124th Fighter Wing's 190th Fighter Squadron at Gowen Field, Idaho, Aug. 8, 2018.
