The Product of a Practical Foundryman In Building the Packard- Heres the Letter Detroit, Michigan,Dec. 31, 1920We are using three ofyour Simpson IntensiveFoundry Sand Mixers, allof which are giving thebest of satisfaction. Allcore sands, facing andmulled sands that are usedfor making semi-steel andall gray iron castings forthe Packard Twin Six,Packard Trucks and ournew Single Six are mixedin Simpson Mixer, and itwould be a hardship to dowithout them. We areeffecting a saving of from30 to 50 per cent, in Motor Car Co. It is more natural than singular that the equipment used beof the highest quality—equipment that reflects the same de-gree of craftsmanship which is built into this high gradecar. Hence it is a noteworthy fact that all sands used forcastings by the Packard Motor Company are mixed with SIMPSON INTENSIVE FOUNDRY MIXERS This is in itself a high tribute to the efficiency and labour savingoperation of the Simpson Mixer. But we are not confined aloneto the Pack
