Biggers, with the Distinguished Graduate plague Biggers earned for his academic excellence while attending the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Bud Andrews Airman Leadership School Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. "The school was challenging but I learned a lot and gained some tools," said Biggers.
