Dustin Rancher, a native of Arlington, Texas, and a cannon crewmember assigned to Battery B, 5th Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment, 4th Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, hands out candy and toys to children from Al Gharbi neighborhood, Jan. 9.
