"The Passive House," often called "house without heating", is based on a design concept using very low power consumption, and the passive heat of the sun, with a very high insulation values (walls, windows, etc. ... ), and the absence of thermal bridges (heat loss) , high airtightness and controlled closed circuit ventilation.
