Growers are now being flooded with orders and the only thing that can hurt the wholesaler will be a short- age of stock. A good cut of all kinds of flowers is looked for, but much de- pends upon the weather. Various Notes. P. Weil, of the C. C. Pollworth Co., Milwaukee, spent part of last week in Salt Lake City visiting the trade. Miss Elizabeth Huth, of the Flower Shop, Ogden, staged a special rose sale Saturday, April 16, to help the growers move some of their stock. Eesults were beyond expectations. A visit to the greenhouses of the Inter-Mountain Floral Co. denotes the fact that Mr. Sorenson is surely ready for bedding season. This concern has 10,000 geraniums and a full line of other bedding stock. Emil Lund, Bountiful, Utah, expects to have a big cut of carnations for Mothers' day. Five beds of Matchless in full crop are especially fine. G. J. B.
