Longlure frogfish (Antennarius multiocellatus) The longlure frogfish is a master of camoflage, able to change color to better match its surroundings. Its body has evolved to look exactly like the sponges that it tends to favor as a hunting ground. The frogfish possesses an appendage in front of its eyes which it waves back and forth in order to draw prey closer. It then opens its massive mouth, creating a powerful suction so fast the human eye cannot follow.
