Personnel from the 49th Medical Group and other squadrons attend the 49th Medical Support Squadron inactivation ceremony April 29, 2022, on Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. The 49th MDSS has been operational since Sep. 1, 1994 and during that time they have won the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award four times.
