The young larva is light bluish green thickly covered with soiled white papillae. Scattered among these are light orange papillae of a larger size, with occasionally one of brown. The head is larger than the third seg- ment, which is the largest in the body. At each moult some of the papillae disappear, especially the brown ones, the green shade becoming more apparent and the skiu softer. ^â â ^â MMMHKHi.
