The color that we use at this shop is of the lake order, and as Ican get as good results (though the printed instructions recom-mend its being used as a glaze) by using it as a flat coating, Iprefer this method for the excellent reason that as our letters,stripes and ornaments are in aluminum foil, the application ofthe foil is much easier on a flat than on a glossy surface.
