The Autocar, running 50 to 100 miles daily, doing the work of 4 to H horses, at a lower operating cost than horse equipment, has proved itself the ideal florist's vehicle. In three years of service, we have had no trouble to speak of, with either of the cars. We use them on long runs, making deliveries as far as 35 and miles from Boston, but most of our deliveries are within a radius of 6 or 7 miles from the store. "The number of deliveries that can be made with thecar is surprising. In fact, we cover the same ground with one Autocar as we could with three delivery wagons, even though the routes are in various direc- tions. One of our cars re- cently made 27 stops in less than two hours, leaving the return- ing at , the furthest stop being two miles from the store. "There is no doubt in my mind that the Autocar is the most practical car for deliv- ery service. The upkeep is surprisingly low and the service absolutely ;.
