A German mechanical shooting target,19th century Constructed of wood and sheet iron and painted in colour. Two figures on top,a bear trainer with a drum and moveable arms,and a dancing bear on a rotating disc next to him. Both figures standing on a case decorated with architectural scenery with a small target in front that starts the mechanism. Slight marks of age. Colour paint darkened. Not tested for function.
