Kaiser Wilhelm II - a large Neuosier KPM serving plate, from the royal table service. White, glazed porcelain with colcothar decoration and a golden vine leaves border. In the centre the Prussian eagle with the gilt cipher "FR" on its breast within a crowned rococo cartouche.
