GROTON, Conn. (NNS) (July 8, 2022) Rear Adm. Guido Valdes, Commander of Naval Medical Forces Pacific and Capt. Katharine Shobe, former commander, Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) take part in the NSMRL change of command ceremony. During the ceremony, Shobe was relieved of command by Capt. Matthew Jamerson.
