CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (Mar. 12, 2019) – Builder Third Class Petty Officer Creadell Burns, a Seabee from Alvarado, Texas, with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5 (NMCB-5), explains to a Southeast Asia hut build project to NMCB-5’s Commanding Officer, Cmdr. Omarr E. Tobias, at the Naval Expeditionary Medical Institute on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The berthing project is an upgrade to the facility and a display of capabilities as part of Pacific Blitz 2019 (PacBlitz19). PacBlitz19 provides realistic, relevant training necessary for an effective global Navy and Marine Corps.
