The GREAT dress a couture dress designed by Nicholas Oakwell and made especially for the government's GREAT campaign is pictured being unveiled by the curator of the Fashion Museum Rosemary Harden in the Octagon at the Assembly Rooms as the centre piece of the 2016 Bath in Fashion week.
