PHU YEN, VIETNAM (June 29, 2022) – Students at Luong Van Chanh High School perform with Petty Officer 2nd Class Yukari Miyake, a Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force vocalist accompanying the Pacific Fleet Band while on Pacific Partnership 2022 (PP22), during a PP22 host nation outreach event. Now in its 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
