A child writes the alphabet during an English Discussion Group led by Army Soldiers from the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, in Tadjourah, Djibouti, Feb. 12, 2019. More than 90 Djiboutian youth and adults attended the group where students develop practical linguistic and rhetorical skills through conversation with English-speaking service members.
