Boiling Water for the Mate, Fiesta de la Tradición, San Antonio de Areco, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina
San Antonio de Areco is located just 100 km of Buenos Aires Capital of Argentina. Every november this traditional town hosts the "Fiesta Nacional de la Tradicion" where gauchos, paisanos and people from many places dress accordingly to show the world traditions of the "Campo" and the abilities developed during agricultural growth of the last two centuries. The relationship between the gaucho and the horse and the skills required to survive in a hostile environment are recreated in the "Parque Criollo" where different activities like jineteadas, pialadas, entrevero de tropillas among others can be seen in a climate of joy and amusement.
