Anal III 5, not reaching caudal. Pectoral f length of head, not reaching ventral; base of latter below middle of dorsal. Caudal peduncle If times as long as deep. Scales longitudinally striated, 37 jj|, 3 between lateral line and ventral, 14 round caudal peduncle. Muddy grey above, white beneath ; dorsal yellowish grey, caudal and paired fins bright pink.
