Lt. Col. Catherine Grush accepts the Spirit of Unity Award from the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) School of Public Health on behalf of the Nevada National Guard (NVNG) on May 13, 2022. The Dean, Dr. Muge Akpinar-Elci, presented the award to Grush during the Spring 2022 Hooding Ceremony at UNR in Reno, Nev. Kim Neiman, MPH nominated the Nevada Air National Guard for its partnership in the COVID-19 pandemic public health crisis.
