The ducts leave at this ex- tremity. The left or splenic angle (Angulus sinister)^ fits into the space between the saccus cfficus of the stomach in front, the left kidney behind, the base of the spleen dorsally, and the termination of the great colon ventrally. The right angle (Angulus dexter) is rounded, and lies on the ventral surface of the right kidney and adrenal body. 1 This corresponds to the head of the pancreas of man. 2 This corresponds to the tail of the pancreas of man. 28.
