The taxable property for Richard Rouzee is listed as six hundred and thirty nine (639) acres of land. It is noted that payment was received on October 1, 1828 for both accounts. Each entry is signed by A. Mievny. On the reverse is written "Sheriff Acct" with notes on the amount and date paid. Both sides are written in black ink.
