The description of the accompanying text reads: the woman on the right wears an apple green 'Pierrot' and on the head a black hat 'à la Maltoise', trimmed with a ribbon 'au diadème'. On the crown of the hat a pink crepe forming several bows, two of which hang down to the shoulders. Decorated with an aigrette of black cock feathers and a white plume. Over the collar of the gown a fichu of gaze, with a tuft of roses in the middle front. Hairstyle 'à la Conseillère'. Long earrings 'à la plaquette`.
