Capt. Jordan Hronek, 120th Medical Group physician’s assistant, and Capt. Caitlyn Cayer, 120th MDG registered nurse, rush to the aid of an injured teammate during an exercise July 15, 2022, at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont. The exercise consisted of Airmen making their way to injured teammates while avoiding enemy fire. The Airmen dragged their teammates to safety and performed tactical combat casualty care in a high-stress environment to simulate an active war zone.
