PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 21, 2016) Sailors assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) and Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 137 “Kestrels”, direct the pilot of an F/A-18E Super Hornet on the flight deck. The Carl Vinson Strike Group recently completed Composite Training Unit Exercise in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
