Families of Sailors assigned to Littoral Combat Ship Crew 103 welcome their returning Sailors during a homecoming celebration at Naval Air Station North Island. Crew 103 was relieved by Crew 111 aboard USS Detroit (LCS 7), stationed in Mayport, Florida.
