SAN DIEGO (Dec. 13, 2018) Navy veteran Edward J. Berger, presents the flag to Kathleen Chavez (left) during the memorial service at Miramar National Cemetery for her father, Chief Quartermaster Raymond Chavez, the oldest survivor of the Pearl Harbor attack. Chavez was stationed aboard minesweeper USS Condor (AMC 14) during the time of the attack on Pearl Harbor. He passed away peacefully in his sleep Nov. 21 at age 106.
