NEWPORT, RI (July 15, 2022) Capt. Everett Alcorn, commanding officer of Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, passes through sideboys during the Officer Development School (ODS) class 22060 graduation ceremony, July 15. ODS provides staff corps officers and several restricted line designators with training necessary to prepare them to function in their role as newly commissioned Naval officers.
