Tech. Sgt. Michael Wilmoth receives the Outstanding Service Award from Col. Bobbi Doorenbos, 188th Wing commander, for the Noncommissioned Officer of the Year category. Forty-two Outstanding Airmen of the Year nominees were recognized Dec. 5, 2015, during a commander's call for their exceptional service to the wing throughout the last year that distinguished themselves among the best in the 188th.
