San Diego (Oct. 30, 2018) An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the “Blackjacks” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 21, patrols the waters around San Clemente Island during Phoenix Fire 2018. Phoenix Fire is a small-scale littoral combat exercise conducted in Southern California by Helicopter Sea Combat Weapons School Pacific to enhance combat readiness through robust, realistic training while providing joint and combined partners the ability to work with multiple assets in a maritime and littoral environment.
