This Hypogymnia lichen was found in the Cradle Mtn - Lake St Clair National Park in Tasmania, Australia. It can be seen slowly spreading over this branch. The orange cups are the fungal fruiting bodies of the lichen. (Lichens are symbiotic relationships between a fungus and an algae (or sometimes a cyanobacterium)).
