Abingdon claims to be the oldest town in England, and the Thames runs through the heart of it. Its marina is a classy, upmarket joint, but this is an unusual viewpoint. After weeks of heavy rain, much of the surrounding area is flooded. This was a car park, and first light in midwinter, reflected off a line of puddles, causes this abstract vision.
