ATS RECRUITING CORPORALS IN NORTH WEST RECRUITING DIVISION - All the girls in this group of ATS are proud of the red, white and blue lanyard which they wear on their right shoulder. This lanyard shows that their job is recruiting girls to their Service. Three of the girls were born in Bolton, Lancashire. Corporal Vizard and Corporal Cockrane used to go to school together in Bolton and met again later on the same job in the ATS. Three of the Recruiting Corposals have husbands in the Forces.
